Pros (+) Liked that there was breakfast Room was clean and spacious; bed was comfortable Some shops and restaurants across the street which make it convenient if you need something you forgot at home (toothbrush, pajamas, shoes, etc.) Location was a good proximity to the places we needed to be that weekend

Cons (-) From the moment I pulled up the entire staff was rude and not service oriented. The security guard outside was very rude which may have influenced my overall attitude. Then I get inside and the front desk clerk was very abrupt and also rude. It seemed like my family and I were an inconvience to her.
