The cabin was a bit warm. I was hope my next flight the cabin is a bit cooler.
Hopsitality by the crew members was excellent
Hospitality by the crew members was excellent.
Super smooth! I could not ask for more. Highly recommended airlines!
Everything was smooth, check in to boarding to arrival. Thank you Asiana.
I almost missed my connecting flight. I think timings should be a little modified so that if there are delays, you can still make the connection. I was also missing a bag due to the almost missed connection.
Asiana was fine. It was Budget airlines that Kayak works with that were downright crooks. This is not a company that Kayak should work with. Working with them made me actually trust Kayak much less.
It is what it is. MILM would have been nice to have with snacks.
Not enough English language entertainment options given the length of the flight
Very comfortable seats and leg room
All good .
Everything was nice..
Compared to Eva Air and JAL Asiana food is pretty mediocre. Snacks between meals are almost nonexistent. Wish they had cups of noodles or some mixed nuts.
Always a great experience with an Asiana flight
No problems upon arriving at Incheon and transferring to Manila. The plane was on time. However you cannot check flight status on the app for updates. Good could have been more palatable. Crew were amazingly.
There was a misunderstanding during check in that it was a mandatory requirement to make hotel reservations for quarantine without it you can’t board the airline. So we had to booked a hotel last minute and it was the wrong hotel since it’s not accredited by DOH Philippines. Since it was last minute we can’t get a refund or cancel the hotel. It was stressful and unnecessary hassle.
Cons: Flight crew is great!
Pros: They were able to fly us out of Incheon to JFK even there was only less than 10 passengers.

Pros: Absolute epic flight in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. Thank you all the crews. You’ve done amazing job!
Pros: Pleasant crew
Cons: Free WIFI
Pros: Available WIFI
Cons: Free WIFI
Cons: The crew should speak up and wait for answers before moving quickly away with beverages. Seat cushions are hard and thin. movie selections are terrible and few. worst selection ever.
Pros: Everything was amazing
Cons: Could have been better if they let me know that a swabtest result is required from their accredited hospital..what a hassle and I wasn’t able to make the flight at all coz I only found it out at the airport..such a waste of time..
Pros: Had a whole row to myself
Cons: Food wasn’t great
