Pros (+) Good value in a generally xpensive area. This property is right at the Junction of 2 main roads and surrounded by business's so look elsewhere if you want quiet solotude, however the rooms are OK and the pizza place is right next door!

Pros (+) Clean room, extraordinarily friendly folks at the front desk, lots of amenities for the price. Only 1.5 miles from the Shakespeare theaters.
Cons (-) Air conditioning unit wasn't cooling very well. I pulled out the filter and it obviously hadn't been cleaned in many months. I cleaned it and then the air conditioner worked fine. I absent mindedly tried to get into the room next to mine, thinking it was my room, and my key opened the door! Old fashioned keys.
