Pros (+) Being downtown was convenient. I regret getting an upgrade from the 3rd floor to the 12th because I ended up with an uncomfortable bed that sagged so much it felt indented.
Cons (-) Having to pay for parking sucked. And my bed was so indented that I could not get comfortable. The pillows are too thick too.
Pros (+) Location is great for shopping and downtown restaurants.

Cons (-) Staff was rude and unprofessional, not to us but witnessed towards another guest. Hotel is old, outdated and needs a major remodel.
Pros (+) The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They just smiled and welcomed us back when we were in and out all night with a big group of friends who also had rooms.
