Pros (+) I’ve stayed here before at a moments notice with my kids. It’s always clean, staff are always nice and the room is always consistently clean and easy to access.

Cons (-) Air conditioning was not working and I was asked to open windows and sleep. After multiple calls they sent me a fan. They told me they will fix it next day and it is the same problem. They made me move next day to a different room. I was on vacation and expected little more from Marriot

Pros (+) We were supposed to get to Anchorage at 12:00 noon. Our flight was bumped, and we didn't get in until 12:00 midnight. Our luggage didn't make our plane either. We got to the hotel after midnight, the staff was excellent! They were able to give us tooth brushes, toothpaste, shaving cream and razor. Pros (+) Location was good and it had a free shuttle to and from the airport. Bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows.
Cons (-) TV was located in and odd spot so when we pulled it out to watch it while laying in bed the cable cord came undone. Bathroom didn't have a fan either so it go steamy in there right away. Shower was very spacious.
