Simple hotel. Excellent location. Great for budget travelers.
It is in a good location for Convention Center and Disneyland. The bus stop for Disney is right in front of the hotel. The bathrooms are outdated and there are some cleaning details that should not be overlooked, but it didn't make me feel dirty.
The breakfast buffet was 12.99 but it should have been less compared to what they had available. I’ve been to other hotels that had free breakfast and way more to offer.
Cons (-) Need to update the room. The faucet was rusted in the suite are. It’s outdated decor.
Pros (+) Location, fridge in the room and mini balcony. Very nice room for the price. We will definitely be staying here next year for the same convention.
Cons (-) Need to update linens. Towels were dingy and gross looking and the sheets had a few stains on them.
Pros (+) I liked how close this was to the convention center and how clean the rooms and beds were. If you're looking for somewhere to just lay your head at night, this is a good place to do so.
Cons (-) I didnt like the outdated bathrooms, they came off as dirty. The staff wasnt particularly helpful or even eager to help out.
Pros (+) Staff were very helpful in stitching together two separate reservations and ensuring a smooth check in. Great value for the location and amenities. Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) Rooms/furnishings were a bit dated, but it wasn't an issue given the value we got out of the hotel.
Pros (+) Location. There's a lounge within the bar where Antonio works. He's great. Convenient walk to some close eats. There's a game Room and exercise area for those who like that.
Cons (-) Slow elevators. No breakfasts served. Pool is reportedly heated, but I would venture it isn't unless there's enough demand for it. Shower would fluctuate wildly in temperature and pressure.
Cons (-) I paid when I was there I was charged and then I get home and check my account and it was charged $128 + $14 when I call and ask why I was charged $14 they say for a parking fee I wasn't ever aware of a parking fee when I checked in no one told me nothing about a parking fee
