Pros:I stayed at this hotel for 1 week. The room was a good side and the bathroom was a good size too. The hotel is in a location which is convenient ie across the road from Amman Mall and easy access to get to the airport and around Amman. The check in staff were friendly (not too friendly, just friendly), security staff were exceptional - always smiling, always welcoming and always happy to have a chat. The tour operator (taxi and tour service) staff are a little "pushy" in trying to get you to use their services. The souvenier shop staff member was friendly and talkative. The housekeeping staff were always helpful and did a good job cleaning the rooms. The decor is looking a little old/outdated but this is cosmetic. The bed was comfortable and I had no issues sleeping. The bathroom is the only part of the hotel which was poor - it worked fine but did not look fine ie the shower looked dirty/stained (but was clean) and the door frame on the bathroom side of the bathroom door had rotted with the moisture (which is not an issue but just looks poor). The was a small fridge in the room and a safe too. Overall - I liked the hotel and the staff, but believe it needs a little bit of care (the bathroom). A special mention again to the security staff who were just brilliant and made me feel safe and ensured the hotel was safe.
