Delayed for an hour because someone forgot that the intended aircraft was not available because of scheduled maintenance. Then they scrambled to find another aircraft.
8 hr delays. Lost luggage. No compensation. Nuff said.
Seats are old and lost the cushion and long travel like these is not pleasant.
We flew into Miami avoiding the incoming storm and they did a wonderful job of bringing us home safely!
The crew was very unwelcoming and rude. They served food right away and then never came back after that. It was a 10 hour flight. After they served food the first 2 hours they never came back, not even to clean up. I had to use the call button 15 min before landing for them to clear my tray if glasses and food. They were incredibly rude when you asked them for anything. Ridiculous. AA business class NOT Worth it! Seats were still tight and not very comfortable. Entertaining was scant.
The temperature was cold on the flight. Connecting to the internet was very pleasant with entertainment options.
The temperature on the flight was cold.
Delayed and unorganized
No entertainment but was reading anyway
We boarded the plane Sunday evening. We were then told that the pilot had a medical emergency and they were waiting for a replacement. Apparently, he became "lost". We were then told that another pilot was checked in and on the way. He never showed up either. The flight was delayed until Monday morning. The crew was very nice and the one pilot who was there was informative. The customer service staff who got us all rebooked and booked in a hotel were very nice and helpful. However, my husband and many others had work on Monday; we were exhausted due to getting less than four hours of sleep. People have said that the pilots are being overworked.
There was weather in the area and the pilot urged everyone to get seated as quickly as possibly so that we could be the weather. However, the people did not do this. We ended up being delayed a short time. The pilot was very informative and the staff was courteous. We were on our way as soon as there was a break in the weather.
This was a short connecting flight, so food and entertainment were not available. Just light snack, which was understandable. Flight on time, and no complaints.
Crew was average but not well groomed.
Flight attendants were extremely cordial and efficient. High compliments to the first cabin crew. Florida based crew and they were excellent.
Flight booked as AA operated by Iberia. Neither AA or Iberia could help, after going to AA and Iberia counters, finally referred to Level. Unable to update seating class for more comfort at check in. Wheel chair boarding was awful, took forever to get wheelchair assistance at BCN. Communication needs to be better when selling flights. Why indicate AA operating by Iberia and that’s absolutely not so.
It was a somewhat rough ride at times. The flight to Florida was better excellent pilot on that plane from take off to landing. This pilot was a bit rough coming into the airport stepped on brakes twice roughly
All good, but no meal in 1st class.
Our flight had turbulence so se did not get a beverage service. The pilot and flight attendants spoke at levels where we could understand what they were saying and they were very informative.
Ticketing and check-in agents at American were rude and in terrible moods and very unhelpful.
Boarding was disorganized, poor or no use of loudspeaker, lack of information, never knew what was happening next or how soon. Set up for crowd control was poorly planned.
All was good
Seats are too small.
The gate was changed 3 TIMES, very frustrating. Flight full and packed like sardines. My original flight from Zurich to London canceled and I could NOT fly business class as planned.
Sitting in row 9 I did not get my first choice for dinner menu , disappointing.
The seats are really small, so better like who you’re squished up to. Food wasn’t great, even for airline entrees. Crew was great, bathrooms were clean.
Our flight attendant was very professional and so efficient.
The crew was perfectly attentive and the food choices were superb. Nothing to improve
Was sad to get back home but the flight back was great!
Never made my flight due to the delay at SA
While the flight crew were spot on, I am extremely disappointed in the pilot. Due to him being late, due to his hotel not having water, my flight was delayed an hour. This in turn caused me to miss my connecting flight. I rented a car to finished my trip. Extremely unprofessional of him to delay the flight causing most passengers to have to make changes to their travel plans. I will be in contect with American Airlines about this.
