Everything was ontime.
Most bored and indifferent Gas I ever encountered.
Boarding was delayed from technical difficulties for over 2 hrs in increments of 30 minutes. Staff kept us informed progressively however water and snacks would have been a nice gesture if nothing atleast miles credited to registered Loyalty card.
As expected from AA
American Airlines ! as usual.
They schedule departures for side by side gates at the end of the concourse creates a mass crowd
We were an hour late and I missed my connection flight and had to stay overnight in CLT
I always fly American. No food or entertainment because of short trips, but it's a decent flight.
Nice people but pretzels only choice? Yuk!!!
3 hour flight and one drink service???? Come on guys how lazy and uncaring is that. Not a great service at all
They were fighting inside the plane. Awful
The person in charge of check in in Casablanca was extremely rude. Tall man, small head, almost to no hair, dark skin. He managed to be so disrespectful with smart-ass remarks only because I asked him if I could buy a charger anywhere close to the airport. Worst airport area ever. This area was where I was waiting to get into my plane to laayoune. So the check in area in Casablanca. I got into the flight from Casablanca to Laayoune.
It was a short flight but everything was a smooth ride.
Not sure I like having to use my own device

No delays. Good with communication.
It ran on time and good communication. No delays.
Great crew; surprisingly good vegetarian lasagna (did not use entertainment)
the seats have gotten too narrow....please don't make them any smaller! Please enlarge them on next plane purchases.
Less turbulence. Not an airline issue.
thanks
everything is great
On time and great flights
All good crew were top notch, boarding smooth and the business class seating was supremely comfortable, nice to get upgraded, thanks AA
There was food service in business class but we had already eaten lunch at DCA where they have some real good food stops…so rating was neutral. However staff on board were excellent, connection was long enough not to rush but wuick enough to get home on time. All round absolutley nothing to complain about at all ! Thanks AA
The wifi on all my flights performed rather poorly. That was frustrating as I had paid for internet. Also my flight had a baggage claim transfer that i was unaware of.
I did not have time ti eat during the layover and there was a long delay with us on board. With no glutten free snack option it was a long day. Why is it si difficult to have a glutten free snak option?
Please add a glutten free snack option
Classy service, superb flight. Thank you AA.
Classy flyer! all was great. No real food served, but what was offered were great refreshments.
On board American Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x36x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the American Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

KAYAK is a travel search engine, meaning that we continuously look across the web to find the best deals for our users. With over 2 billion flight queries processed yearly, we are able to display a variety of prices and options on flights from all airlines, including American Airlines.
Founded way back in 1930, American Airlines is one of the oldest carriers in the world. Existing as part of the America Airlines Group and partnering with US Airways since 2013, it has contributed to recording the largest number of passengers carried and destinations served in a calendar year on multiple occasions. Flights are offered to more than 50 countries around the world and serviced by roughly 125,000 employees.
The airline has their headquarters in Fort Worth; however, it also has a further 9 hubs around the United States, including in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami. They also operate a maintenance hub in Tulsa, which has its work cut out with a massive fleet size. American Airlines mainly uses a mix of Airbus and Boeing planes. McDonnell Douglas, Bombardier and Embraer jets are also part of their fleet, with a range of 44 to 140 seats. The most common aircraft in operation is the Boeing 737-800 model.
A founding member of the oneworld alliance, the airline has codeshare agreements with international companies such as Qantas, British Airways, Korean Air and Japan Airlines, among others. The partnering relationship provides customers a greater range of round-the-world tickets and can lead to more efficient flight transfers. Some of the American Airlines’ fleet have been painted dark grey with oneworld branding.
Passengers can choose between Economy, Premium Economy, Business and First Class seating. All customers receive complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, while First Class provides the luxury of a personal pod onboard and access to dining at Flagship Lounges back on land.
