Cons (-) The entire room could have been cleaner, from the bathroom to the linens. The entire place smelled like cigarettes and pot smoke even though it was supposed to be smoke free. There were prostitutes, loud music and high/drunk thugs running around banging on doors all hours of the night. Just very shady people and a lot of drug activity going on there with the staff completely looking the other way....

Pros (+) Comfortable bed, large indoor swimming pool, shower , lots of comfy pillows, HVAC, large business/living/mtg area Excellent day staff welcome and guest service.
Cons (-) Previous guests socks and items on carpet, poor carpet cleaning, no plastic ware, no paper ware, NOISY NEIGHBORS after 10pm midweek. For business suite needs curtain to separate bedroom from living area

Pros (+) They have a shuttle service from the airport. All staff was friendly and very helpful. We got in late and the front desk made excellent recommendations for dinner.
Cons (-) Hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. Nice choices. Would stay there again.

Pros (+) Close location to the airport and very convenient. Check in staff pleasant.
Cons (-) Had to keep a window open because the odor was bad. The room smelled like animals and urine. The staff at the desk when checking in said that this was one of their good rooms.

Pros (+) VERY nice exercise room! Pool area was lovely, but the water was too cold. Would be perfect if water was heated. The front desk girl on 7 June was VERY professional and nice. I had a very nice room. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Nice location.
