Pros (+) The beds were quite comfortable to sleep, rooms were clean, quite throughout the night, and housekeeping is very nice.
Cons (-) When I went to get coffee in the front lobby after being offered to get some, the coffee containers were empty and no one offered to refill them.
Pros (+) I really enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites. My boyfriend and I stayed for a total of 5 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. One night staff member in particular (last name Usher) was extremely helpful. He handed us a few maps and pointed places to go, how to get there by driving or taking the metro. Our room was awesome. It was very convenient having the hotel located near the highway....

Pros (+) The guy at the front desk was nice. He helped out a lot. They also had a nice hot breakfast with as a parent is something I always look for when booking. The price was good and they had queen beds which is something else I value in a hotel.
Cons (-) The only complaint I have is the shower was very slippery as well as the bathroom floor. This was the most slippery shower I have ever seen! I was afraid my kids would slip.
