Cons (-) The person at the front desk was eating while trying to assist and had chips everywhere. Got to the room and there was Amy's all in the sink and the toilet wasn't even working properly. It was just a nasty room and a bad vibe. Lost out in first night of pay and got a refund and immediately went to find another hotel and ended up at Baymont Suites.

Pros (+) The service was great during my check in. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) My room smelled like cigarettes. I’m pretty sure the smell was old and was trapped in the shower curtain because the bathroom is where I smelled it the most.

Pros (+) The Lady at Front Desk was very Friendly BUT....
Cons (-) We rented two rooms. Both were infested with Bed Bugs, we were eaten up. Left the Hotel at 1:00 am and stayed across the street at the Double Tree. The Manager refused to reciprocate. Don't bother, staying here. Manager is a public health risk with his attitude. ROOM 220 and ROOM 222

Pros (+) I needed a clean bed for my toddler and myself. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a great value.
Cons (-) I would have liked an elevator.
