We stayed in room 322, upon check in, the front desk personnel informed me that there was a $50 hold for any damages at check out - understandable, no problem. I walk in the room to immediately find a red stain on the carpet, the entry light fixture hanging down, the cover for the shower head handing down, the exhaust fan completely disabled, every piece of furniture with food crumbs, the bathroom...

Cons (-) I think my boyfriend and I caught something from the room. When we returned from our trip we BOTH came down with a cold. Not sure where else we could've gotten it from. Also the lock for our room was messed up. We had to yank it and then push to get it to open.

Pros (+) The staff bent over backwards to meet our everybody need. They provided us breakfast after the breakfast hours had ended, allowed us to check out late to meet our schedule, and were extremely friendly overall. For the price this hire can't be beat!

Pros (+) Had to make an emergency trip due to family illness. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us including having to extend our stay at the last minute. All the staff were helpful and always had a smile to share. Although they apologized for ongoing renovations there were no issues other than an occasional sign apologizing for any inconvenience,
Pros (+) The location was very good. It was close to downtown and yet far enough way that it was quite.
Cons (-) There were ants in the rooms. When we first checked in I asked to be moved to another room due to the ants in the bathroom and also in the bed area. After moving to another floor, the same problem existed. I did not like going into the bathroom and finding ants in the sink, the bathtub and all over the floor.
