Good room/bathroom facilities (except airco), good breakfast, helpful staff. Quiet at night. Close to Old Town with very frequent tram connections. No air-conditioning in the rooms, which means they are hot on Polish summer nights. On the other hand this means it is very quiet even with the window open.
The closeness of everything. The tram, bus, restaurant across the road.
The hotel is pretty nice. It is located not in the old part of the city, but you can easily get there by taxi or public transport. The breakfast was wonderful - a great variety of dishes and the quality is great. It's not about the hotel, but mostly a kind of a warning for people arriving at this place - if your car is high (e.g. jeep) they won't be able to park it inside their garage.
Very nice desk clerk, answered my questions, gave me map of area and easy instructions to locate shopping area. Also the value of the meals and the food offered through the hotel restaurant was excellent.....I would definitely stay there again if in Warsaw.
The restaurant is open till…6pm; it is something wrong!!!!
Everything in this hotel was excellent. It is very god value for money. Good rooms, comfortable beds, free wifi, good breakfast.
I was there only one night , however am returning with my wife on the 10th-13th december, and have highly recommended it to her. I was most impressed with the cleanliness and quality of service. Its not that I didn't like anything, its just that at breakfast when I asked the young girl about coffee she was unable to explain to me which coffee served was instant, and which was 'real' coffee. But then again my Polish isn't as good as I'd like it to be and she probably didn't fully undersatnd me. So its probably more my fault!!!
conditions are perfect. excellent quality for money. nothing
the staff very helpful rooms very spaceful and clean breakfast great
The buffet facility in the restaurant catered for all. The staff were friendly and customer focused
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, at the end of July, 2010. Location is not too bad, still have to take the tram a couple of stops to get to the old town. My room was clean and neat; no complaints there. They have wi- fi but I could no get connected in my room so I gave up on it. Staff was friendly, and informative (English ok). Buffet breakfast was also very good. They also have a parking garage inside the hotel which is a plus if you have a car. Unfortunately, I had to put up with a lot of noise, coming from the neighboring rooms. Maybe it just happened during my stay, but I got the impression at least for the first night, that the place was populated by vandals, or anarchists (large group maybe), that was absolutely misbehaved: slamming doors consistently, jumping up and down in their rooms and on the hallway, fighting with each other, yelling or talking loudly, with total disregard for anyone else. And no, they were no kids…It was really like in a mental institution. The second night was a bit better (maybe some of them left). I wonder though about the quality of people that can stay here. Sorry, but this place is thumbs down for me.
Good price, good location, very good breakfast. No problem with English in reception.
Cafe and location
friendly helpfull staff, basic but clean rooms, ideal for budget break. Music school playing same claranette music all day!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice rooms, nice shower, good breakfast
the restorant and its staff
We found the staff helpful, the room clean and the breakfast was good. We also liked the location - easy access to the city centre.
it is good that you have much choice for breakfast, near the hotel it is big shopping center... 2 days we have old bread (breakfast), in the room was a little bit too cold (because it was winter)
Location is good, price - competetive. No room cleaning during we stay 2 days, noisee restoraan,
