Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent and central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring Venice. However, many reviews highlight significant drawbacks, including poor service, unhelpful or rude staff, and maintenance issues such as broken furniture, malfunctioning air conditioning, and water leaks. Cleanliness is also a concern, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and even bedbugs. Breakfast is frequently described as basic, limited, or disappointing. While some guests appreciate the Venetian decor and atmosphere, the overall experience is marred by service and facility shortcomings.
