Great price and service. Van was good, but a bit “beaten up”. Finding the office , deep in a parking garage, was tricky. Good value, though.

Pick up was a bit chaotic, we had to wait a while for a car and then we got an upgrade which was nice, a brand new Volvo XC60 Hybrid but unfortunately the National / Enterprise rep failed to give me any advice how to operate the car and we had to keep getting out the car to ask him Qs. Further, we couldn't exit the car park initially as the car had not been set up for this it seems. On return of the car we had another problem as Enterprise emailed us a line of directions that when inputted into Google Maps (which was the car's navigation system) sent us to the wrong address initially and we almost missed our flight as a result. When we got to the right address the hand over and shuttle to the airport went very smoothly. The car was good and comfortable for our purposes, over 800km driving om highways in Spain
