Pros: Very affordable. convenient the CNE and the lakefront.
This is a wonderful and charming place! The proprietors were so kind and personable, breakfast was lovely, and our room was clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. It is near both the King and Queen St transit, with easy access to the rest of Toronto. There are some great restaurants in the area, within a few transit stops of the Manor. Internet is complimentary, as is parking on site. Super easy to get to from the expressway as well. I highly recommend Bonnevue Manor, and would return.Pros: This is a lovely old home in a great neighborhood. Very cozy and comfortable, with a wonderful breakfast each morning. Definitely a great atmosphere! Very quiet.Cons: The location is a bit further out on public transit, which made for a long trip back in the evenings with traffic. This is really a minor thing, though - price point and free complimentary parking at the Manor more than makes up for the transit time!
Pros: The hospitality. The breakfast. The location.Cons: Our room was quite cramped, and the feet of the bed stuck out enough to snag our toes on numerous occasions.
