Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptional service, with staff frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The central location was highlighted as a major advantage, making it easy to access key attractions and transportation. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. Some guests appreciated the amenities such as communal kitchen facilities and thoughtful extras like luggage storage and beach umbrellas. However, a recurring negative theme was the lack of air conditioning, which made rooms uncomfortably hot during warmer months. Despite this, many guests felt the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for short stays or outside the hottest periods.

Pros (+) We enjoyed our stay because the hotel room was comfortable and inviting and being on the upper floor, it was quiet at night. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating.
Cons (-) The only thing I would question is the use of a curtain to separate the bathroom and bedroom. It might be awkward for anyone who is not a couple.
