Pros (+) The staff gave us service that was beyond expected
Pros (+) Easy to check in, rooms were clean, plenty of pillows to go around. Good enough for the price.
Cons (-) WiFi had inconsistent ping, AC was very loud, no free power outlets next to bed.

Cons (-) Right off the 101 so good and bad. Can hear the highway and a hassle to get to. Cleaning lady did walk in on me with out knocking but apologized. Other wise no complaints.
