Indoor pool was not heated. Water was to cold for anyone to swim in. Elevators door shake and rattle when opening and closing. Lights flicker inside elevator. Some elevator floor buttons do not light on when pressed. Hotel charges $15 dollars for parking when the lot you park in only charges $10 per night. Do not use their coupon code and the parking will be $5 cheaper.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel is great and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) When we first arrived to check in, the key card system wasn't working but they eventually got it working and we got our keys. Once we got to the room, it was a little tired and worn. The first room we were in didn't have a working TV or air conditioner and the closet door was in disrepair. The room was very stuffy. Pros (+) My TV went on the fritz and maintenance really worked to get it working again which I appreciated. Your front desk staff Dana was so helpful to me. I don’t have a car and she got me a metro link map and suggestions of where I could go and the stops to get off at. Plus she greeted me by name whenever she saw me. Pros (+) The furniture was very nice. Rooms were comfortable.?
Cons (-) I was not happy with the elevator. The four days I was there, there was usually one elevator that was out of service. Luckily was on the second floor, so I used the stairs a lot. Was not impressed with the restaurant. I was surprised there wasn't any bacon.

Pros (+) I liked how it wasn't too far from most things I did. The beds were comfortable. I liked that the pool was indoors in the second floor (pretty cool). & I liked the breakfast they served & the small snack area that had a variety of drinks & food u could purchase.
Cons (-) The air conditioning wasn't always keeping the room comfortable. It was either too cold or too warm. The front desk staff had a few unprofessional employees that seemed to be less than polite after hours when I'm sure their was a lack of management or no management at all.

Pros (+) The manager Dana, was by far the greatest help. She suggested places and things to see in the city....places to eat, sightseeing on a budget.she was the best....if I come again I will definitely stay here....

Pros (+) Great hotel with great staff. Renovations were top notch!hitel was cleanest I've ever been to. Room was comfortable and cozy.
Cons (-) Parking being charged to my card then having to have it refunded since I have handicap parking. Microwave sitting on the room floor.
