Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access local attractions, restaurants, and bars. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Many reviews highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, noise from nearby bars and the street was a significant issue for several guests, especially those with rooms facing Water Street. Parking was also frequently mentioned as confusing or inconvenient, though not always a deal breaker. Overall, the positive atmosphere, service, and location stood out, but light sleepers and those with cars should be aware of potential challenges.
