Cons (-) Missed any sort of personalisation. Just a standard 5* hotel.
Pros (+) Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental Bali for my honeymoon. We had a club room and it was worth the extra expense. The service for club guests is taken to another level with the private pool, free non-alcoholic beverages all day, evening cocktails and a number of complimentary meals throughout the day.
Cons (-) The quality of the breakfast, afternoon tea and canapes was a bit of a let down given the high standards of everything else at the resort.
