Pros (+) Ok went to check in Friday and police was chasing men all threw the lobby so I didn't stay didn't get a chance to ✔ in it was so much goin on and I had my mother with me so I'm requesting a refund for Friday went back Saturday morning to speak with manger and they wrote down everything ans said for u guy's to contact them. Pros (+) There was not anything I would recommend at this hotel. The person checking us in was nice, but that is the only good thing that I can think of.
Cons (-) Where do I begin???? The hotel smelled musty as soon as you walked in. The room smelled horrible. It was not clean. The bed was broken. You were not even allowed complimentary shampoo! You had to buy it from a vending machine. The "lounge" aka the bar down the hall from our room was noisy. Everything at the hotel was very sketchy and dirty. I paid way too much for this room!
