Pros (+) Location is perfect! Right on boardwalk and a few steps to the beach. Parking is good, everyone was friendly. Pool was clean and nice.
Cons (-) Beds were not that comfortable and rooms with adjoining rooms you can hear everything next door. First night we didn't have anyone next to us but second night the group in the room next to us were up all night and we could hear everything they said.

Pros (+) The Aztec was conveniently located by the boardwalk and beach.
Cons (-) The room was pretty small and it had ants everywhere. It was not very clean.
