Cons:
We were very disappointed that some crucial information is not shared with the customers. We were not informed that every kilometre has an additional fee. We were renting a car just for one day and the overall price ended up being twice as much from what was promised on the day we picked up the car.10.0 Wonderful

They upgraded my car for free.Cons:
It felt a bit like a scam charging me €100 for a small scratch on the hub cap which was probably not my doing. The guy was a bit too quick to catch it. Also have not received necessary documents for my insurance claim yet.4.8 Mediocre
