Pros (+) One of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had. This hotel is gorgeous, clean & fabulous. I'd love to keep it my secret, but you must book this lovely boutique hotel when visiting Santa Fe. Short, one block walk to the park & amazing shopping. The gentlemen running the frint desk are so friendly, & very helpful. 5 stars all the way!!!
Cons (-) That I couldnt stay longer!
Pros (+) The Luxx has an excellent location, tucked away near the Santa Fe Plaza and the Palace of the Governors. Rooms are clean, quiet, and well furnished. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Pros (+) Incredibly friendly staff. Outstanding location. great price point. Clean, cool, funky rooms. We had a major airline snafu and had to return for an extra night and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Just a great place.
Cons (-) Room was on the cramped side...but we are a family of 5 so were using all of the sleeping space (the master bed area and the pullout couch (actually much more comfortable then that...it's a bed under a day bed, can't recall the name for this) so not entirely representative.
