Cons (-) We had to wait for 20 minutes for them to clean our room and when we got up there the room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, and it looked like someone smeared poop or some dark food on the wall by our bed. The mattresses were not comfortable at all.
Pros (+) Close to Texas State. Friendly staff
Cons (-) the room is clean but the bathroom tub needs to be replaced. the beds are poor and the sheets need to also be replaced.

Cons (-) The grounds were very dirty. My room was dirty and it seemed as it was "cleaned" in a hurry. The floor was sticky and the sink was never cleaned. Pros (+) The value of the place was very good. I was traveling as a single mom with a small child and this place was well within my budget. The facility was clean upon arrival and seemed like a safe place to stay. The room itself seemed like it was newly renovated and was in excellent condition. There wasn't a good place to park my car since my room was on the back side of the building and the parking lot was quite a distance from my room.
