Overall this hotel was great. The staff was excellent with their service and communication. I requested for a room that was feather free and they accommodated that. The Starbucks in the location isn’t that great - it’s worth driving out somewhere else. Ordered pizza from the restaurant but it’s wasn’t the greatest packing or cooking. The pizza felt undercooked.
Pros (+) The proximity to the convention center and civic hall was crucial for my team's stay and this property is next to both. The accomadations and staff were excellent. I would recommend splurging a little fir the concierge lounge.
