Pros (+) U have to realize that any regular hotel in a 1 mile radius of there is gonna be at least $250. This gets u in a very convenient location right across the street from the BART subway. Bathrooms were very clean and up to most anyone's standards
Cons (-) At the time only one shower was working, easy to hear rooms next door, abundant transients in that neighborhood of SF.
