Pros (+) Very good value for the area- take advantage of the surf boards, boogie boards, and bikes that are located in the lobby. They also have free sunscreen in the lobby if you need a touch up. I would definitely go again.

Pros (+) Great location and friendly staff. Near the beach and many things.
Cons (-) Room was basic. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the room then not ideal. If you plan on taking advantage of all there is to do then this is ideal.
Pros (+) Short walk to beach. Is near stairs down to the beach was great since I had to rush back after braving cold ocean water in December. They offer bikes for a small fee and free breakfast. Nice bars and restaurants nearby.
Cons (-) Bathroom and shower were small but were OK for me.
