staff was largely clueless; pleasant but clueless. Can you make up my room in the next 3 hours? "Maybe." Can I check out at 1 instead of noon? "Maybe." Can you have may bill ready when I check out? "Yes." except no. And more examples but... Basically a Marriott with nice rooms and view but limited facilities.
We booked Trezzini after much research due to it's proximity to the University, where my daughter is studying. Turned out it was not anywhere near her dorm but the graciousness, luxury, and value of the hotel made the choice delightful.
