Do not stay here; this place is in a run down area, and they do not care about their guests; horrible experience
Pros (+) Okay for the price. Breakfast was fair.
Cons (-) I did not have a credit card, so they charged my debit card 250 dollars for deposit. They "refunded" be when I checked out, but I never got the money back in my account. So instead of 80 dollars, this hotel room now cost me 330 dollars for the night.
Pros (+) Easy access to public transit. Extremely comfortable beds. A really good breakfast service Decent wi-fi The staff actually pay attention to the do not disturb sign on your door Windows that open Refrigerator and coffee maker in the room Shampoo that smells like candy Good view of the mountains on the north side of the building
Cons (-) I was in a corner room and the bathroom was a bit small. I don't know if other rooms have the same problem or not but that was mildly annoying as I have broad shoulders. Incidentals deposit was NOT disclosed until arrival. It should be disclosed upfront.
Pros (+) Good location - convenient shuttle service that is close to the airport, easy to get into Vancouver, really close to the night market. Customer service very responsive to needs. Free breakfast (wasn't fancy but did the job if you had a full day ahead of you), WiFi (not spotty for me at least), parking. Didn't notice anything that was lacking. Things went pretty smoothly.
Cons (-) It wasn't unclean but I would have liked it to be cleaner; but that's just me and I like things to be super clean while my friend was perfectly fine with the level of cleanliness.
