Pros (+) Not a hotel if you are a Hilton type of customer, but we really enjoyed the quirky nature of the hotel and what it had to offer. Nice setting and very interesting hotel. Rooms were decent and bed was very comfortable. Great place to spend a night with the kids on the way through.

Pros (+) It was quiet
Cons (-) Wifi was only accessible in the lobby & not in the room also no a/c in the room. The restaurant can't cook a steak & the staff mentioned after that they get numerous complaints about how the steak is over cooked from customers

Pros (+) The setting was spectacular. The dinning was very nice. The people working were very nice. The courtyard as so beautiful. You offered many things to do such as helicopter, kayaking, walks by the lake.

Cons (-) The rooms were soooo smelly. The receptionists were not nice at all and didn't care about our requests and said you can cancel your reservation if you don't like it. The room didn't have fridge, hair fryer, microwave. We booked the room for four, the toiletries in the bathroom was hardly enough for one person, and in the room, there was only one tea bag and two coffee packs. Only a small number of...
