Pros (+) I have been to this resort many times over the past 8-10 years. It never disappoints me. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the facility is VERY nice. It feels like home to us and we are from the cold north. We love Puerto Vallarta and REALLY love the Marriott Casa Magna! We will be back again next year!

Cons (-) The food could be better around the pool. Mikado was great as usual. The coffee shop could be better organized for order taking, paying. The bar is very nice and great atmosphere.
Pros (+) The staff at the front desk and in lobby area, plus concierge went above and beyond to ensure we were assisted in a timely fashion. The proximity to walk over to the Vallarta Marina was great.
Cons (-) The drinks on-site are very expensive.
