Pros (+) The staff was very nice. Breakfast much better than I expected. Loved the pine trees all around.
Cons (-) The A/C took some time to cool the room down.
Pros (+) The morning assustant manager was fantastic. He was apologetic and seemed sincere in his desire to right the wrong that his morning staff had caused.
Cons (-) When we arrived our room had been given to someone else. After 45 min of discussion and showing our receipt we had our room, "supposedly for 2 nights." Next day we het a call that our things were being removed from room. We missed part of our event, "state wrestling" due to phone conversations about the mistake.
Pros (+) Comfortable beds, good location in the Pines near downtown.
Cons (-) Lots of bugs outside the room at night this time of year, they should consider yellow bug light bulbs next to the doors.
