Pros (+) Friendliness and ease of staff members at the front desk, especially checking in and out most appealing. When traveling abroad away from home that is extremely valuable to me. Loved the New Year’s champagne celebration
Cons (-) Breakfast on New Year’s Day was amazing. Keeping more choices for regular days as well. Choices were far more limited after New Year’s An empty refrigerator in the room would be very helpful and perhaps a microwave available to guests in kitchen area Also more English speaking TV stations(only two and both were news stations available)

Pros (+) I upgraded last 2 days of vacation for the suite in this hotel. I was so disappointed. I even cancelled another hotel to go here. The price was more than any of the other hotels I stayed in yet standard much lower. Save your money & avoid! Room itself was fine and breakfast decent but not worth the money. It's not hiked up due to some seasonal event, I am comparing to price of other hotels online ...
Cons (-) They forgot the robe claimed to be in the room. First day 3 holey towels including one completely threadbare. Got replaced by maid with more holey towels. Towels thin and obviously been washed many times. No tissues in bathroom, horrible blowing your nose with toilet tissue. Bed was comfortable, but the hotel uses this as their selling point.
