Pros: The location is right across the train tracks from the centrum of Prague, which is nice, but it's "on the wrong side of the tracks" so-to-speak. However, the basic facilities are good for the price.Cons: Parking is about $25 (US) for one night and you must have a tiny car to fit through the entrance.
The staff is incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked (in Czech) if the woman behind the counter spoke English, her response was "of course" but in further talking with her (in English), I found her English wasn't very comprehensive. I also saw her being rude (not only to me) but to various other patrons.
Really, really LOUD and UNCOMFORTABLEPros: Nice staffCons: Horrifically uncomfortable beds, too hot in the rooms, plus really really loud street noise adds up to consistently poor sleep. I was so incredibly exhausted after a week here.
Pros: La propreté des lieux, chambres nickel et faites tous les joursCons: Chambre très chaude, pas de clim, donc obligé d'ouvrir les fenêtres qui donnent sur la rue avec le rue de la circulation et du tramway
Nice place, could use a few tweaksPros: Nice location and very friendly staff.Cons: Rooms are a bit small and so are the twin beds.
