Pros (+) The staff was amazing and so helpful. Really made us feel comfortable.

Cons (-) I didn’t like paying a resort fee, when this hotel is not a resort. I don’t mine paying for great service, but honestly the resort fee was a ripoff!! I didn’t get anything for the fee I was charged, it was just extra money on top of the other charges.
Pros (+) Big room, nice tv, very comfortable beds, good friendly service
Cons (-) Bathroom was a bit on the small side. All of the food and other assortments were VERY overpriced. Maid also came in without announcing herself. Sheets had some crumbs on them when we came in.
Cons (-) Although room was located on the 6th floor, the continuous noise from a generator on the ground floor was so loud it ruined our sleep and stay
Pros (+) The location of the Heathman is in the heart of downtown Portland and close to everything. The amenities are plenty and the dinner restaurant room service is excellent. We stayed in the Oregon Symphony suite and the decor is amazing with plenty of extras. In room French press coffee is a great touch. Customer service is excellent and the staff is sure to make your stay memorable.
Cons (-) The late night food service menu could stand to have more choices.
Pros (+) Staff attentive to requests and very personable! Everything was super clean.
