Pros (+) Funky older house, comfortable. Off street parking and affordable price.
Cons (-) Too much deferred maintenance at the property. A large mirror and 6 foot piece of trim ripped off the wall and fell just outside my room in the early hours of the morning. Carpets are buckling and need to be stretched or replaced.
