The overall cleanliness was awful. Due to COVID or staffing or whatever, our trash was never emptied on our 4 day stay. They ask that we request for trash removal by 9am the day prior. I requested trash removal on Monday afternoon for trash removal on Tuesday….nothing. None of the requests were given, higher floor, extra foam pillows, and extra towels. Pros (+) We loved the friendly staff! We arrived after 11:40pm and was greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk. The breakfast was amazing, hot tea, coffee and ice water was served 24 hours. Warm cookies on the counter after dinner, really hit the spot. When we needed anything, the staff responded. Hotel was clean and very well kept. Highly recommend!
