Pros: The service were very helpful. I left my broken luggage in the room and they disposed of it for me while I was out. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower pressure very good.
Cons: They don't provide complimentary bottled water.

Pros: Great location with nice views of the river; they upgraded us from club room to very spacious club suite; nice club amenities.
Cons: Concierges were completely incompetent--gave wrong info re: directions and travel times multiple time making my husband arrive too early/too late for several meetings. Bad smell of moldy carpet on the club floor; furniture uncomfortable and worn--looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1970's. Not what I would expect from a Pan Pacific Hotel

Cons: Although the price we paid was reasonable, we felt the room was in definite need of renovation and up-dating. The wooden dresser and night tables were worn and not very attractive.
