We were told the room 219 (a disabled persons room) was all that was available at the time of my reservation (made in November 2021) February 21-23, 2022. The bed sheets were clean, looked under the mattress and it wasn't...! The room was really noisy, road noise, the elevator noise, air conditioner noise, plus the fire alarm going off at 02:00, one night, NO FIRE! Needless to say we didn't get mo...

Pros (+) I liked the location of the hotel very much so and the guy who works the night is very nice and helpful.
Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable and even talked to the front desk about it, they seemed to not care. She was rude and kept treating us like we were not intelligent to use the bed properly.
