Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) My internet did not work, the hotel was overall dirty, the carpet smells like mold and the bath tub was clogged.
Pros (+) Walking distance to Bayward Market. Newly renovated areas are very nice and modern.
Cons (-) As of July 18, 2015, hotel was still undergoing some renovations so parts of the hotel are not yet complete. That will obviously end soon.
