Pros (+) The staff was friendly. I especially liked Justin in the bistro. He was courteous and hard working. After he served me, he checked back to see if the food was correct and tasted good. Our maids were good also. The shower head was great too.
Cons (-) Not safe !!! Had to park down 2 blocks in parking garage !!! No hotel parking like listing said !!! No deals like we were PROMISED FROM KYACK !!! You could tell our ROOM WASNT CLEAN...THERE WERE USED TOWELS EVERYWHERE AND WHEN WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN ALL THEY SAID WAS HUH THATS STRANGE !!!! Lame not worth it if your looking to go to a show and dont want to worry about your stuff...THEN DONT STAY HER...
