We booked through Kayak and accidently booked the car in our home town in Minneapolis. I was unable to get a refund from Kayak so I tried to get a refund from SIXT. Even thought the mistake was discovered minutes after the reservation was made I had to pay for 3 days of the rental just to cancel. Probably wont use Kayak or SIXT again. Should have been an easy correction from Kayak or SIXT instead cost me $145.00 for nothing. Booked my rental car through Hertz2.0 Poor

Pros:
For this occasion, it worked excellent for us. I picked the vehicle up and was delighted with it's performance and gas mileage. It's got the power to easily maneuver thru traffic and the comfort was great. (Keep in mind I was traveling with two guys who are easily 6'3" in height and all then of our baggage and suitcases .... Yeah, if it worked for us it ca work for you!)Cons:
I picked this vehicle up from the airport at Terminal 2 in Mpls. I found the signage to get to the rental office difficult. Better signage would help a ton!! I think the problem is most customers are air travelers and if you are simply a local patron you do not get the signage direction that you would from inside the terminal. BTW: When returning a vehicle ... Holy Guacamole is that easy ... signage brings you right to the spot! More signage needs to direct you from outside of the car rental pickup!! The pickup and drop off at the airport could have been better explained. Very hard to do when you didn't fly into the airport. No receipt at the end either or anyone else looking at the car to make sure it was all ok still.1.9 Poor

Pros:
The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. I have limited mobility. One of them volunteered to take my wife and I to the terminal with our luggage. That is what I call above and beyond.Cons:

Pros:
Staff was great given the situation, however there were only 2 people working during lunch, and they had to take their lunch break, effectively making it so there was only one person working at a time. The line was extremely long, I ended up waiting for over an 75 minutes to reach the desk, only to be told that the vehicle I was taking was not ready and I had to wait another hour. Hertz should've had the vehicles ready to go since I'd reserved them weeks prior.Dollar

The rate I was charged differed from the rate on my reservation. When I called, I was on hold for over 20 minutes then was told because it was in the first 24 hours after return they couldn’t make any credits to my account and I would have to call back. Which is just ridiculous10.0 Wonderful

I got lost in the parking garage at the Austin airport. Didn't have a specific area to be picked up. I had to go to the arrivals to get picked up. I got my steps in that's for sure. All in all it was a good experience. No problem with the vehicle at all. It served it's purpose.6.0 Okay

Car was 2.5 hrs late for pickup. Drop off was not able to print a credit for a return full tank of gas when the pickup only had a little less then 1/2 a tank of gas.Alamo
