Pros (+) The front office staff was very friendly, professional. We got to town early and we were able to go ahead and check in. The cost of the room was very affordable.
Cons (-) I know the hotel is being remodeled so tried to be more understanding of the situation. But, we did not get our room cleaned (no clean towels, no bed made, etc.) We stayed for two nights but there were no glasses for even a glass of water at night. No ESPN, so no Monday night football .
