Cons (-) My friends and I have stayed at this location for the last few years since all hotels in Hampton, VA are booked for the Hampton Jazz Festival and I thought I asked for a non-smoking room and that wasn't the case. All of our clothes and belongings smelled of smoke. I wanted to request another room, however there was a sign at the front desk stating no vacancies. I will know better next year.
Pros (+) Large spacious suite. The breakfast was decent, the staff was kind and very helpful.

Pros (+) The room was a nice size and clean. We let them know we would be a late check-in at 12am, and we were there at 12:05am...They were 100% booked and I am grateful they held our room for us. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I would stay here again as the location was easy to access from I-64.
Cons (-) The breakfast was ok; however, it was free so I won't complain. I would suggest the eggs and sausage be cooked a bit differently, less soggy/runny. I should have asked for extra blankets because the comforters on the beds are thin. This is just a personal preference. I was hesitant to call room service at 2am for this. It may be helpful to keep a couple of extra blankets in the closet for guests.
