Cons (-) The microwave was broke,the door don't open easier it was jammed so if you went out to had to get stadf to get you back in, the staff was rude and we checked in at 2 and checkecled out 2 hours later with no refund. Poor hotel

Pros (+) The staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) The faucet was not secured to the sink. The outside flooring and stairs were cleaned just before I checked out Monday morning (between 6:00 and 7:00, high humidity) and I slipped and fell down the stairs with luggage in hand. Perhaps there might be a better time to mop the steps or when they might dry faster.

Cons (-) The front desk staff and 1 cleaning lady was MEAN, INCONSIDERATE, and CARELESS. While staying there with four kids ages 9, 7, 2, and 8mths old the rooms had obvious flaws like leaky toilets, smelly fridges, sink clogged, and the worst customer service ever. Its like they hated their jobs. Being 5 hours away from home they were awful with accommodations being that our car broke down. We stayed a to...
