Hotel and staff were excellent and very helpful. Rooms were large and very nice/clean. Mattress was a little stiff for me personally but would stay again.

Pros (+) Staff members were helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and roomy. Hotel was in excellent condition. It was close to Canal Street to view the parades.
Cons (-) Breakfast offerings. Other Hyatt’s have free breakfast. You would think that because the Centric is on the high end that breakfast would be offered. Chuck and the bar staff was excellent. The food was great.

Cons (-) I made a reservation on a busy weekend. When I arrived at the front desk told me they were overbooked and I did not have a room. There were no other hotels available so I went back to the airport, slept they're all night and purchased a ticket for a flight home.
