Pros (+) Loved how convenient hospitality was and the beach space was perfect. The food was phenomenal! Staff was always friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) Our bed was rather firm which made it a somewhat restless sleep. Also the hallway tended to be loud and echoey late at night from other customers.

Pros (+) Helpful staff throughout facility. Good restaurant with great breakfast discount. Beautiful grounds with 2 swimming pools and a large jacuzzi Beautiful beach, Coco does it right! Our third trip to Jamaica and our first stay at Coco. Would go again and recommend to friends,
Cons (-) Our safe had a glitch, but was taken care of QUICKLY. Small problems can become really irritating when they are not dealt with promptly. But our problem was addressed within the hour twice. More like a half hour. Thank you!

Pros (+) The staff was wonderful. The atmosphere is safe and secure. The grounds are beautiful and it is right on 7-Mile Beach.
Cons (-) The food could have had more local flavor. The veggie pizza had cabbage and carrots, not something that I would expect on a vegetable pizza.
