I would say this was one of the best trips I’ve taken. I travel often and have been too many resorts. This was by far one of the best. It is very clean up-to-date lots to do for all ages and many options for eating. I would definitely stay again.
It was everything I. Can imagine, fun, clean, worm reception, delicious food, we didn’t have to go anywhere everything was on premise, recommend for everyone
Service could have been better for example when we arrived our rooms were not ready at checkin time. when we asked what time the rooms would be ready we were told that checkin starts at 4pm, which is crazy because checkout time is 11am sharp. Also I expected certain things for the daily resort fee,I was surprised that tennis courts were an additional charge, we had to rent tennis racquets and had ...

Lots of restaurants and pools to choose from. Staff was nice for the most part but service was terribly slow most places. Jazz bar was lots of fun. We went the first night and had great service and lots of fun but then the second night I sat at the bar at least 10 minutes and couldn’t get a drink so I left. So overall it’s a great place, just be prepared to wait a long time for most things!
Huge room with enormous balcony! Check in was confusing as there are multiple hotels in the resort. If you stay at Baha Mar, stay at the rosewood. If you want to party, the SLS is your side. Resort is so big you can’t do it all in four days.
We enjoyed being connected to two other hotels so we could enjoy their pools and restaurants. The hotel is vey clean and here is so much to do that we never left the resort. The room setup could have been better. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in the East tower. They don’t have a dresser for you to put your clothes away. Pros (+) Our room was nice and the staff was also nice and accommodating.
Cons (-) The prices of food and beverages were through the roof. Be prepared to pay a lot more after you book your room.
Pros (+) Great restaurants, kids pool w built in aquarium.
Cons (-) Everything on resort is at least double the price of US. Also they have sun block stations throughout the pool facilities. Don’t buy it in the gift shop as 1 bottle is $44.
Cons (-) Rooms are very small and ok the light system in the room is horrible.
